Skin Care & Massage Therapy
Cleanse and exfoliate skin with a sugar scrub or salt glow. As the largest organ, skin needs the care and nourishment just like any other part of the body.
Scrubs are a great way to stimulate the body and relax the mind at the same time.
Salt glows are best for adding minerals back to the skin. Not recommended for those with sensitive skin.
Sugar scrubs are great for ridding dry flaky skin. After the scrub the sugar continues working to clear away more dead skin cells.
Add to any massage or wrap for $35.
It might be hard to believe, but a mud wrap is one of the most effective ways to get clean deep down. You're treated to a layer of warm mud from neck to ankles. All that warmth brings blood to the surface of your skin and relaxes your pores so that they're willing to give up the dirt, oil and bacteria they've been holding onto. When the mud dries, it clings to all that gunk so when it's wiped away, there's nothing left behind that might leave you with blemishes.
Mud is a versatile healer, too. Cold mud wraps offer a refreshing form of relaxation that reduces swelling and inflammation, promoting the healing of any acute muscle injuries. Carrying around a giant designer purse or strutting your stuff in two-inch heels can leave your muscles achy. A warm mud wrap boosts circulation to your muscles so that they loosen, leaving you feeling relaxed and limber.
